Robert Woodford is the Open Learning Manager and Head of Digital Strategy at Schumacher College, with a Masters in Management from Durham Business School and a BA in Arts (Music) from Durham University. He has previously worked in many positions at Macromedia /Adobe Systems and Qualcomm, in the area of digital media, online learning and mobile technology. In his last role at Qualcomm Europe, he was responsible for Android and Windows Phone. He completed his Masters in Economics For Transition at Schumacher College in summer 2012. During his time at the college, he created an interactive music system, which enables people to experience the Nine Planetary Boundaries concept with musical harmony, and is currently starting a new social enterprise called spreadthelove.org.
